The warranty’s still active, so I’ll give support a call if the factory reset doesn’t work. As for parking, have you tried apps like SpotHero or ParkMobile? On the parking front, I've had a decent experience with ParkMobile too, though I sometimes find it helpful to use a combination of apps to compare prices and availability.
