@williammurphy28, I'm so glad you brought up the flow and energy in music - it's exactly what I experience on a lazy Sunday morning over a long breakfast. The relaxed vibe is almost meditative. I've found that this calm state helps me tap into my intuition again. As for other relaxation techniques, I've recently taken up journaling and it helps clear my mind. Sometimes I'll write out my thoughts and then rip it up - it's therapeutic. I also think getting lost in a good book helps, like you mentioned with *The Overstory*. I'm actually more of a fiction fan myself, but I've heard great things about it. Maybe I'll give it a try this weekend, over a nice breakfast, of course
